LOCATION AND STRUCTURE: The village consists of several two-story buildings of typical local architecture. Located on the northwestern side of Crete it is about 3 km from the village of Georgioupolis. Bravo Kournas is about 45 km from Chania airport, 120 km from Heraklion airport, and 18 km from the lively town of Rethymnon.
BEACH AND POOLS: Directly overlooking the beautiful sand and pebble beach, about 10 km long and characterized by a gently sloping seabed ideal even for children.The resort also has a swimming pool with a separate area for children. The use of sunbeds and umbrellas is free of charge both on the beach and at the pool (subject to availability). Beach towels are available to Bravo guests with free change 2 times a week.
RESTAURANTS AND BAR: Bravo guests can enjoy the rich culinary offer at the main restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style.The Italian touch is guaranteed by the presence of the Italian chef who daily offers excellent first courses signed by Simone Rugiati. In addition, a typical dinner with Greek specialties is organized once a week accompanied by traditional entertainment and dancing. Bravo Kournas Beach also has a snack bar on the beach for informal lunches (mid-June to mid-September) and for snacks and drinks outside meals, and a pool bar for a thirst-quenching break between dips.
ROOMS: The 130 comfortable and simply furnished rooms are all equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, mini fridge, safe (extra charge), hair dryer, Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace. Classic rooms are divided into double (approx. 20 sq m, maximum occupancy 2 adults), triple (approx. 24 sq m, maximum occupancy 3 adults) and quadruple (approx. 25 sq m, maximum occupancy 3 adults and 1 child - 4th person accommodated in folding bed). There are also family rooms for 4 or 5 persons with one room (about 28 m2 and 42 m2 respectively) and family room plus for 4 or 5 persons with two rooms separated by a door (both about 35 m2).Finally, it is also possible to stay in the double kalimera (21 m2, maximum occupancy 2 adults) or family kalimera for 4 persons (with one room, 28 m2 and maximum occupancy 3 adults and 1 child, 4th person accommodated in folding bed) both with sea view.
SPORT AND NOT ONLY: Entertainment for all guests will be ensured by the Bravo team's animation programs, and for those who want to keep fit, the village offers a multi-purpose sports court for soccer, tennis and basketball, a beach volleyball court and table tennis. Miniclub and outdoor play area. For an additional fee, water sports are available on the beach (a short distance from the hotel) and billiards can be used.
SERVICES: Wi-Fi is free in the main public areas (reception, bar and snack bar, pool, beach) and in the rooms; there is also an Internet point at reception. For a fee: laundry (outside service), conference room with maximum capacity of 120 people and outside medical service.
