CALABRIA: VERACLUB SCOGLIO DELLA GALEA

THE VILLAGE: If the Costa degli Dei is called that there must be reasons. Perhaps because of the incredible waters in terms of transparency and color, the breathtaking seabed and enchanting beaches; and perhaps also because of the postcard-perfect sunsets over Stromboli, which looms on the horizon and you can almost touch. Here, a stone's throw from Tropea and a few strokes from Capo Vaticano, is the Veraclub Scoglio della Galea. It lays scenically on the coast, sloping gently down to the sea, amidst well-kept gardens, until you reach a beachfront area, just separated by a small outdoor road, where you can enjoy relaxation and beach activities. Great for families and children, thanks to the Superminiclub and an entertainment team that is always engaging.

LOCATION: Capo Vaticano Location. It is about 2 km from the center of Capo Vaticano, 10 km from Tropea and 70 km from Lamezia Terme airport.

THE SERVICES: Main restaurant with panoramic area and buffet service, children's restaurant, grill terrace buffet restaurant (open July-August), à la carte restaurant "Playa Blanca," 2

bars, main swimming pool with children's area and relaxation pool (reserved for guests +18), both equipped with free umbrellas and sun loungers until full, conference room with capacity for about 190 people. 

THE BEACH: The sand and pebble beach with mixed sand and rock bottom is located about 450 meters from the reception. A free in-house shuttle service (small train, on board of which the correct safety distances will be maintained) is available. The beach and adjacent sun terrace are equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds for free and exclusive use exclusive use of guests, subject to availability; free beach towels, subject to security deposit. Each room corresponds to 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds. 

THE ROOMS: The Veraclub's 150 rooms, divided into Standard, Family and Beach (the latter located close to the beach), all have a balcony or terrace, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, separate beds, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe deposit box; minibar for a fee and on request. Family rooms have larger square footage and two separate rooms, consisting of master bedroom and living room with two single beds or double sofa bed.

THE SPORTS: Beach volleyball, beach tennis, synthetic turf soccer and tennis court, fitness, gymnasium, hydrobike, bocce, table tennis. For a fee, padel. 

ENTERTAINMENT: Games, tournaments, dance lessons and evening shows (musicals, games, cabaret and live music) in the company of the Veraclub crew. Superminiclub for children 3-11 years old equipped with a wooden playhouse, an outdoor play area and swimming pool. From age 6 and up, children can play beach volleyball, soccer, tennis, bocce and table tennis. Baby bottle service available with stove, bottle warmer, microwave, blender and high chairs for the exclusive use of mothers for preparing baby food. Super Junior Club for children aged 12 to 16 with recreational and sports activities such as beach volleyball, beach tennis, five-a-side football, tennis, padel, bocce and table tennis

ALL INCLUSIVE:Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner included at the main restaurant (typical Calabrian dinner once a week); Buffet lunch and dinner, by reservation, at the terrace grill restaurant (open in high season); Lunch and dinner, by reservation, at the à la carte restaurant "Playa Blanca"(open in high season); Daily appointments with sweet and savory snacks at the pool bar; Foods for celiacs: basic products available, usually bread, pasta and one type of breakfast dessert. Notification is required at the time of reservation. Beverages: Water, wine and beer included with meals. Soft drinks, juices, water, espresso beer and selected domestic spirits are included during the day (except non-selected spirits and spirits, bottled or canned drinks, packaged snacks and ice cream).
